The clinic is easy to access, with plenty of basement parking available. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The laser device was comfortable — no burning, no pain, and no irritation. The specialists and operators clearly know what they’re doing and explain everything properly before and after the session. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic, starting right from the appointment booking process. The front desk staff were unhelpful, disorganized, and displayed a shockingly rude attitude. Despite confirming my appointment, I was made to wait far beyond my scheduled time, with no proper explanation or apology. When I tried to clarify the delay, the receptionist spoke in an unprofessional and dismissive tone, making me feel as if my concerns were an inconvenience to them. This lack of courtesy set a very negative tone even before I met the doctor. The consultation itself felt rushed and lacked the personal attention one would expect from a healthcare provider. Overall, the entire experience—from booking to consultation—was stressful and unpleasant. A clinic is often judged first by its front desk, and unfortunately, this one fails badly in creating a welcoming, respectful, and patient-focused environment.

Poor service. 1st time I went for Laser, the lady did half part then she left saying my duty is finished my colleague will contiue, I was waiting for 30 mins for her colleague to reach the clinic. 2nd time I called to book an appointment, she told me she will get back to me and never called back. Then I tried to call many times nobody answer the call. I will never ever go to this clinic again.
